ABOUT RAY SCULLARD
I design how organisations work - shaping team structures, delivery systems, and ways of working to reduce friction and improve outcomes. My focus is on flow: how work moves through teams, where it gets stuck, and how organisational design either enables or constrains delivery. I use this lens to align product, technology, and business, and to move organisations from project-based delivery towards more sustainable, high-performing systems. At Madgex, I led the reorganisation of a technology function - reshaping teams, introducing new roles, and building leadership capability to support more effective, scalable delivery. In my current role, I work across a complex, multi-team environment to standardise delivery insight, improve flow, and support the shift towards platform-based ways of working. I look for patterns - where systems break down, where potential is constrained, and what needs to change to unlock it - and work with leaders to shape direction and improve how the organisation operates.
