As Vice President Marketing at Alligator Holdings, my responsibilities included developing strategic business plans, setting pricing, performing - and analyzing - market research, leading collaborative business development teams, creative/sales support, as well as identifying business partners and trade associations. Before Alligator Holdings I was Marketing Director at Entrust, where I led marketing and branding for the UNISIG and Vortakt Barrel Works product lines. That role allowed me to collaborate closely with sales, engineering and executive leaders and drive record sales for both product lines. Similar to other roles I’ve had, I led, and participated, in all facets of marketing. This versatility allowed me to focus on many tactics and made every day in the office different and rewarding. As the Brand Manager for Humminbird fish finders, I executed strategies and tactics in a fast-moving, B2C environment, with products I launched making up 70% of sales. I identified underserved markets and seasonal opportunities, managed portfolio, stage-gate and pricing support, and created collateral/POP materials, content, advertising, and digital marketing. I also played an invaluable role developing the living brand and personas. At Modine, I directed the Building HVAC marketing department for a decade, working daily with sales, reps, engineers, distributors and contractors. I transitioned marketing\'s focus to the multiple benefits of our products, versus their features. As a result, I helped reinvigorate the brand and expanded the perception of our capabilities, resulting in 60% sales growth.
