Before entering the risk management industry, Ray attended Penn State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He started his career as a post-rehab fitness consultant and quickly transitioned into a Small Business Consultant at Paychex, Inc. where he was a top performer in his region. Ray currently resides in Phoenixville, PA with his wife and daughter. When he is not spending time with his family, you can find Ray either at the gym keeping in touch with his fitness roots or on the golf course working on his game (or trying to at least).
