   LiquiTube offers the industry\'s leading tire sealant for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and, to some extent, military vehicles. Our product is available through a network of distributors, truck centers, tire shops, and trade shows. We also produce products for brands such as Kubota, Polaris, and Toro.I successfully achieved regional sales and human resource goals by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned regions. I communicated job expectations and oversaw the implementation and use of CRM software to aid in planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions, and ensuring adherence to policies and objectives.
