Transitioned to Security Scale CxE (Customer Experience) Engineering team mid 2023. The Security Scale CxE Team (renamed to the Targeted Customer Team starting Jan 2025) is a worldwide team that helps customers deploy Microsoft Security products, such as Microsoft Entra Identity, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Security Copilot and more. As a product manager the goal is to learn from customer experience and use that feedback to influence the product roadmap, being the voice of the customer inside engineering, as well as share with customers best practices in deploying Microsoft Security solutions in their environment.
