About Rayna Olmos
I’ve been fortunate to spend 8+ years expanding my craft across HR including Program Management, Talent Management, Operations, Enablement and Recruiting with amazing teammates all over the world. I’ve worked with employees across all levels, Early Career to Managers to Executives, helping enable teams to do their best work.A few takeaways I’ve learned throughout my career: learn and adapt quickly, value other’s time, build trust through transparency!Beyond my work, giving back to my community is an important driver of my fulfillment and the impact I want to have. I served as an Education Partner for local organizations in the Bay Area including Mountain View Los Altos High School Foundation and the Computer Technologies Program. I\'m currently Co-Chair of the Alzheimer’s Association Community Engagement Committee.
