Support and collaborate with Digital Banking Support, Fraud Alert Services, InfoSec, Product teams, and other cyber security and cyber fraud departments.\\\\n Work closely with Risk Solutions department and products for investigations and analytical reporting, validating rules/strategy adjustments, and issuing alerts to the fraud alert team.\\\\n Monitor fraud transaction trends and recommend modifications to rules for increased loss prevention.\\\\n Review confirmed Interac e-Transfer fraud events to develop better detection and prevention methods for cyber fraud.\\\\n Provide assistance to credit union staff for reporting suspected or confirmed cyber fraud activities.\\\\n Respond to credit unions\' requests for help in resolving cyber fraud events.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
