ABOUT RAYMOND HENDERSON
I am a health economist specialising in HTA, precision medicine, and oncology diagnostics, with over 10 years’ experience delivering cost-effectiveness models, systematic reviews, and budget impact analyses for European market access. At Salutem Insights, I lead submissions to the NCPE and EUHTA developing evidence generation strategies that shape access decisions in Ireland and Europe. My research spans economic burden studies, forecasting, and the use of R and GitHub to advance open-source modelling in HTA. I have published in leading journals (e.g. Lancet Gastroenterology & Hepatology) and delivered invited talks on the health economics of diagnostics and oncology across Ireland and the UK. I am passionate about aligning innovation in precision medicine with sustainable healthcare systems and am currently exploring opportunities to advance predictive modelling and global HEOR strategy at a senior leadership level.
