A FEW NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Managed a team of five direct reports responsible for enabling 200+ partners, including Big 5 Global Consulting firms, in the deployment of Automation Anywhere’s Digital Workforce comprised of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive/AI and Analytics solutions across LATIN AMERICA. Ensured Partner Success by completing a maturity assessment of priority partners to identify gaps in five key core competencies including training, certifications, Level 1 / Level 2 product support, Center of Excellence (CoE) and Proof of Concepts (PoC) and designing customized enablement plans. I prepared and obtained ZURICH’s approval for two multi-million dollar business cases supporting the growth strategy defined by the regional CEO. The result was the creation of a LATAM Hub legal vehicle based in ARGENTINA including the transfer of 90+ employees. I served as the Operational Readiness lead responsible for implementing CITI’s electronic banking platform in 22 LATAM countries. I worked effectively with business, IT and implementation teams to migrate customers and decommission 7 legacy platforms one year ahead of schedule.
