As a property and casualty insurance policy coordinator, I act as a mediator between agents, carriers, and clients to ensure the proper communication and representation of policies. I am responsible for evaluating, validating and organizing client information to enable a seamless sales process as well as bolster efficient and meaningful sales strategies. I utilize software such as AgencyZoom, AMS360, DocuSign, Adobe, and Microsoft Office to accurately input data, which simplifies the creation of customer facing and non-customer facing documents as well as accurately recording the history of deals. I also maintain and update a working knowledge of property & casualty insurance products and usage, to communicate these ideas to coworkers.
