Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to provide service proposals and coordinate all aftermarket customer service visits • Schedule, track, and coordinate all Vapor Combustion unit startup projects and callout service activities • Liaison between customer and 44 service technicians, controls engineers, and project managers to provide customers service associated with commissioning, startup, and USCG Certification• Rearrange the service schedule to address emergency needs of the customer • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment specifications • Communicate with regional service supervisors daily to resolve barriers that impede timely service scheduling • Create and supply customers with startup/callout proposals - Approx. 250 proposals totaling up to $3.5 Million annually• Request, process, and expedite customer documentation to meet legal and financial requirements for customer visits• Reviewed Aftermarket start-up and callout jobs in SFDC and with the customer to prepare them for final invoicing. • Review and negotiate domestic/international service contracts with customers via phone and electronic communication• Participate in project turnover and sales planning meetings • Assess and verify both manual and FieldFX reports and enter hourly work in Visibility for 27 service technicians while staying within the financial budget constraints of the department
