Lead and mange auto body shop’s operations ensuring goals are met or exceeded in the areas of customer service, gross profit and operational efficiency- Manage KPI’s to include customer service index, production reports, sales and gross profit reports on a daily basis as well as profit and loss on a monthly basis- Manage the shop from initial vehicle intake through delivery to ensure a high level of shop throughput, production quality and efficiency, such that the shop meets or surpasses all KPI’s- Assign work to body technicians, prioritizing vehicles for repair- Support employees as needed in during times of high volume, meeting with customers, checking in vehicles and writing estimates- Ensure all vehicle repairs are high quality meeting shop and I-Car quality standards- Oversee billing to ensure all repairs are billed accurately and correctly- Ensure employee safety monitoring adherence to safety protocols and ensures completion of required training- Manage payroll to ensure employees accurately tracking their time as well as manage PTO, vacation and leave- Manage and oversee employees to ensure production and vehicle delivery meets and exceeds expectations through ongoing communications with all members of the team and the customer- Develop and maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters and customers to encourage repeat and referral business- Responsible for interviewing, hiring and selection of candidates for all positions involved from intake to delivery of vehicles- Provide ongoing coaching and development for all employees to position them for success, which translates into success of the shop.
