Research best practices in conjecture with external engagement to implement new program ideas, including DTC Young Professionals Programming, Clean & Safe Ambassador Enhancements, Lend-A-Bin, and Bistro Rental Pilot Program. Effectively scaled and expanded CSSD’s Clean & Safe program, nearly 3x in size, while maximizing community benefit; inclusive of quality control, finance management, and contractor communications. As a dedicated urban practitioner, I\'m passionate about making cities more vibrant, welcoming, and connected - starting right here in Camden, NJ. With a background in community development and urban placemaking, I\'ve spent the past few years focused on how thoughtful public space design, strong partnerships, and creative programming can strengthen neighborhoods and bring people together. As Director of Operations at the CSSD, I lead a range of initiatives - from Clean & Safe services and tree plantings to launching the DTC Young Professionals Initiative and co-creating events like the DTC Art Crawl. Weather its coordinating street-level improvements or organizing events, my goal remains the same: make Downtown Camden a place people are proud to live, work. and visit.
