As the North America Service Delivery Lead for Capgemini\'s SAP Service Line, I am responsible for 100% coverage of pursuit and delivery quality assessments for SAP projects. Additionally, I provide \"on the ground” support across the portfolio of SAP projects; ensuring corrective actions are being taken and progress is being made against delivery performance issues. I review methods, tools, and templates and ensure SAP Service Line standard approaches are being used.
