As a Manager of Labor Relations, I ensure employees are supported and perform at their best. My responsibilities include consulting on grievances, maintaining relationships between union leaders and management, and supporting contract negotiations. I manage grievance procedures, oversee labor/management relations, and negotiate labor agreements.
