Providing support for partnership activation (fundraising, brand awareness, or other employee engagement and volunteer activities) of FINCA’s strategic corporate partners.•Serving as the lead development officer for assigned individual, corporate and workplace giving accounts.•Developing and executing year-round engagement and relationship plans for assigned accounts with a focus on maximizing potential and growth. •Strengthening FINCA’s partnerships with major employee engagement platforms, such as Benevity and Global Impact, to increase employee giving to FINCA.•Building and managing a pipeline of new corporate partners through ongoing research and prospecting, providing at least 2 qualified leads (corporate or major donors) monthly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and the Director of FINCA UK. •Preparing research profiles and briefings on an as-needed basis.
