About Raymond Lu
Hi, my name is Raymond Lu, and I am currently a Junior studying Mechanical Engineering at Boston University with a concentration in Manufacturing! I have a strong interest in machinery and automation, but I am open to exploring other areas within engineering. My experiences leading the Foundation Design Team for Terrier’s Ride Engineering Club (TREC) and collaborating on rocket nozzle design with BURPG have strengthened my technical and leadership abilities. I have developed skills in SolidWorks, CAD modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), and precision manufacturing techniques through projects such as the Retro Doorbell, Truss Bridge, and Temperature Sensor Box designs, all of which involved cross-disciplinary collaboration and problem-solving.Feel free to contact me at r•••••@bu.edu. I’d love to connect, discuss future career paths, projects, and potential networking opportunities!
