ABOUT RAYMOND LEE

Raymond brings with him experience in working in commercial, residential and large mixed-use development schemes. He has demonstrated strong client liaison skills, and delivered projects from inception to planning approval. Raymond is always seeking to identify opportunities to add value for the clients, and to further the growth of character and place for the projects he is leading. Upon his completion of his Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning in Toronto, Canada. Raymond wanted to further advance his knowledge and pursued his postgraduate studies in Urban Design at the Bartlett School of Architecture, in 2010. Since then, Raymond has worked at Farrells, JTP, and Weston Williamson + Partners. During this time he has worked on various projects in Canada, UK, Asia, and Europe. Notably, he has worked on the delivery of the hybrid planning application for Cringle Dock, a waste transfer station with residential above and integrated to be a part of the Battersea Power Station Masterplan. Additionally, he contributed to a range of projects comprised of feasibility, urban visioning and design of large scale mixed-use developments. Being experienced in place-making and concept design; Raymond views good urban design as a tool to creatively balance both the short and long-term conditions of our towns and cities. He strongly believes understanding the site’s heritage and DNA as the main ingredients to place-making and establishing high-value design.
