Leads a team of Field Service Technicians who are entrusted with the success and execution of installations, start-ups, audits, upgrade installations, training, and break-fix troubleshooting and solutions • Responsible for the development of team members by managing their goals and objectives as well as providing development opportunities • Manages various complex projects to successful completion. Along with participating in continuous improvement and risk management processes to reduce the unnecessary cost to projects and the company • Collaborates with various personnel internally and externally for each project to ensure communication and execution of projects are met with success and the expectations of the customer • Coordinates internal and external resources preparing for various scenarios that the field service team could encounter in any service trip • Plans and prioritizes resources and schedules to accommodate business demand, and unexpecting schedule conflicts to ensure both the business and the customer has successful outcomes. • Communicates updates on various projects from on-site management to divisional and global leaders, providing feedback and communicating results of the team • Provide finance and divisional leadership with monthly revenue and margin forecasts for all projects. • Conducts customer satisfaction surveys and lead post-project reviews with service technicians and other internal customers • Represents the field service department in various discussions with support departments, senior leadership, and customers • Participates and represents the field service department in the annual budgeting and visioning process
