ABOUT RAYMOND KELLY
Mr. Kelly has over 26 years of experience permitting and performing due diligence reviews in the environmental, power and energy business. Mr. Kelly provided environmental, permitting and Health & Safety support to Edison Mission Energy’s solar, wind and thermal power project construction and development programs. Mr. Kelly supported the securing of acres of private land and 800 MW of electrical interconnection capacity for EME’s solar program, and created a comprehensive health & safety program for the construction of wind projects. Prior to Edison Mission Energy, Mr. Kelly was a senior permitting manager for Sempra Global where he lead the permitting and licensing of coal and natural gas fired power projects and natural gas pipeline and storage facilities. Mr. Kelly has also worked for LG & E Power Inc. and Ultrasystems Engineers & Constructors Inc. Mr. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from San Diego State University, San Diego, California.
