ABOUT RAYMOND GREER
My current position is as a Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Psychologist with the Greater LA VA (in Santa Maria/San Luis Obispo). I retired from the Air National Guard in March 2013 after having been in the active US Air Force and/or Air National Guard since 1986. My career in the military included Supply/Logistics, Medical Administration, Training Management, Anti-Terrorism and Equal Opportunity.My civilian employment has been mostly forensic oriented, however I spent five years working in Foster Care and Adoptions. I have worked in the Federal Prisons (United States Penitentiary, Atwater), California Department of Mental Health (Coalinga State Hospital), California Department of Corrections (and Rehabilitation) at both North Kern State Prison (Men) and Valley State Prison for Women. My previous employment was as Director of Clinical Training (Liaison) for the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University (Fresno Campus). I oversaw practicum placements and the internship application process for the clinical doctoral programs. I previously served as an adjunct professor in Consultation, Education and Advocacy, Introduction to Health Psychology, Interventions in Health Psychology and the Psychology of Terrorism (Domestic and International).
