ABOUT RAYMOND FONTAINE

I am a TS/SCI-cleared Systems Engineer with 10+ years of experience supporting the Defense and Aerospace industries. My current role is a Systems Engineer IV at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc.(SPA), where I have supported mission-critical government programs including NAVWAR Program Offices in San Diego and the Navy’s Strategic Systems Programs Division in Washington, DC. Prior to joining SPA, I worked on the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter program at Lockheed Martin, and gained valuable experience in Defense testing at the US Army\'s Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). I am an expert in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), risk assessment, and project management.Throughout my career, I have developed and refined a diverse technical skill set that includes data integration, earned value management, requirements derivation, technical writing, logistical analysis, database testing, and system architecture development. I have experience with Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard acquisition programs; technology and system types include communication systems, fixed-wing aircraft, GPS denial, sensors, undersea systems, ground combat vehicles, body armor, munitions, strategic missiles, and air defense.
