Implement internet recruiting practices and tools. Effectively source and recruit candidates through a variety of methods including but not limited to: proprietary intranet, files, ad placement, out placement centers, unemployment offices, companies laying off employees, job fairs, want ads, yellow pages, telephone, internet, cold calling, networking, etc. Creatively develop relationships, review resumes; pre-screen and qualify applicable candidates to appropriate programs. Interact with Program Managers in order to understand requirements and facilitate candidate processing. Follow SOPs and applicant flow processes for mission-critical language, intelligence, Information Technology, training services and other lines of business as needed for surge requirements. Initiates contact with potentially qualified candidates for specific job openings, explaining in detail current positions available and providing them information about the company. Review applications and resumes. Interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. Perform initial evaluation of candidate\'s English language skills. Screen candidates in accordance with prescribed guidelines to ensure that quality candidates are presented to additional programs. Motivate candidates, use open communication to lower candidate attrition, and gather competitive intelligence through current candidates working next to our competition. Responsible for maintaining relationships with candidates submitted to programs, candidate generation, and recruiting on proposals. Assist program managers in developing and posting internal and external job postings. Coordinate and participate in job fairs. Develop and maintain strong rapport with the candidates\' communities to obtain referrals for hard-to-find candidates. Manage a proactive recruiting desk and balancing recruiting efforts, and market sourcing.
