Throughout my different career paths, I have used this statement to help identify opportunities for growth professionally and personally.As a BIM Manager for Community and Health Sectors, leading and championing is critical for implementing BIM workflow and process improvements while maintaining current project deliverables. This is accomplished with constant and consistent communication with clients, customers, sector leadership, project managers, technical managers and the design team. Initiating training processes for the project team to embrace and support new workflows, tools, and processes is another aspect of daily operations. Coordinating with team members to ensure we are adequately staffed for project deadlines and deliverables. Documenting and defining BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards with Technical Managers, and Client BIM standards are part of the coordination process.The primary software used are Revit, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM360, Leica Register 360, and Bluebeam. Additional experience with AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
