I’m leading the development of a dynamic financial forecast model integrating budget, actuals, and forecasts across multiple business units. I use Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to transform raw financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making. I’ve built calculated fields for 2025 budget and YTD actuals, and designed standardized forecast templates for department-level input. I also implemented a consolidation process that rolls up forecasts company-wide using automated ETL workflows. My responsibilities include documenting model logic and training internal FP & A staff to maintain and update the system. This role has sharpened my skills in data modeling, financial planning, and business partnering.
