Working with Sales to prepare information for proposals and estimates at various stages, from budgetary to detailed-Bringing client and stakeholders’ vision to highly optimized and efficient design through the collaborative design assist process-Developing sales drawings and mark-ups of consultant drawings for modular constructability-Ensuring the internal requirements of Sales and the PMO departments are satisfied from a financial, risk reduction and project execution standpoint-Performing iterative and further accuracy / value engineered project estimates as the project and design development activities progress-Managing preconstruction activities and deliverables, maintaining timelines to meet client expectations, including bid scopes of work, design assist development, value engineering, scheduling, constructability review, preliminary procurement plans and early buy-out-Working in a collaborative nature during precon activities with PMO group to ensure smooth handover to assigned project manager-Assembling project execution partnership teams, including developing strategic material supplier relationships, to provide full turnkey project offerings-Continually improve the company’s best practices and tools for project execution and management
