Directly responsible for leading technical implementation to deliver results aligned with project objectives and sectoral priorities – including focus on climate change adaptation, sustainable agriculture, markets systems development, gender gap advocacy. Lead and provide leadership in the management, and the delivery of quality programs within the region, as well as overseeing in-country team with the key target of achieving project results. In addition, represent Sense and its program to government officials, stakeholders, and partner organisations in -country.
