As a result of Exostar\'s acquisition of Robot Morning, I transitioned to the role of Manager, Software Engineering, building upon my previous leadership as Head of Core Software Development. I continue to lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for our core software products, now within the larger Exostar ecosystem- Spearhead the strategic direction of core software development, aligning with Exostar\'s overall technology vision- Lead a team in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable software solutions- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards- Collaborate closely with product management, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs- Integrating Robot Morning\'s core software products into Exostar\'s existing platform- Adopting new development processes (Agile & SCRUM) and tools aligned with Exostar\'s standards- Working with a broader range of technologies and stakeholders within the expanded organization.I am excited to be part of Exostar and contribute to the continued success of our software products in the aerospace and supply chain market.
