Leading internal recruitment task forces • Full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process, primarily in the Automotive, Defence, and Aerospace sectors, with additional cross-industry experience• Development of target group-specific and innovative recruiting strategies• Building and maintaining specialized talent networks• Conducting pre-screenings and supporting technical interview processes• Representing the company at career fairs, industry events, and sponsorship activities• Responsible for presenting the recruiting process during external audits (e.g, ISO 9001, EN 9100), including direct interaction with auditors• Supporting the preparation of project proposals, including workforce analysis and hiring forecasts• Participation in internal project markets for employee allocation• Talent Acquisition contact for the Works Council, including regular reporting
