I am a founder and owner of RECenergy, a company that helps business leaders in the UK and global energy sectors source the top talent for C-suite and senior management roles. The RECenergy team supports all other roles across the energy sector, including installation, sales, design, quality and finance. With over 18 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, I have worked across multiple sectors and continents, from resourcer to managing director, and from temporary to executive search roles. I am also the founder of RECwork, a recruitment business support network and community that helps recruiters with aspirations to start their own business achieve their goals through a proven infrastructure and support along the way.
