   I craft customized structured settlement plans. I assist with case evaluation, negotiations, attend mediations and settlement conferences on automobile, general liability, New York Labor Law, commercial, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation claims. 30 years of experience in resolving personal injury claims. I develop comprehensive structured settlement plans to each individual case. I work as an advocate to the settlement process with the injured party and their family members, their financial advisors, claim representatives, risk managers, plaintiff, and defense attorneys. I assist with analyzing future financial needs, lost wage projections, life care plans, and vocational reports and provide a structured settlement solution. I provide training and educate clients in the use of structured settlements in negotiations as well as conduct seminars on settling liability and workers’ compensation claims using Medicare Set-Aside Allocations. I show attorneys the tremendous financial and tax deferral benefits of structuring their attorney contingency fees. I also work with the injured party\'s family members, financial advisors, attorneys, and accountants through a team approach to ensure that the injured party’s financial needs are met. Prior to joining Arcadia Settlements Group, I worked for Financial Settlement Services as a Structured Settlement Consultant. While at Nationwide Insurance, my first role was Senior Claims Representative and was promoted to Litigation Specialist, Special Claims Representative, Claims Supervisor, and Claims Manager. While in these roles, I managed first and third-party auto liability claims, un/underinsured motorist claims, commercial and general liability claims. I have been directly involved in thousands of personal injury settlement negotiations and hundreds of mediations.
