I\'m a Startup Product Manager with extensive experience in both B2B and B2C startups. Right now, I\'m working on some of my personal projects at the intersection of fashion and technology, focusing on product development and product marketing strategies.Before this, I was the Chief Product Officer at ZERO10. My team and I brought AR Try-on and Gen AI technology to the fashion world, helping big brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Coach use it to try on clothes virtually. We led cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from initial user stories to final product launch. Utilizing Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira for project management, we ensured timely delivery and high-quality results. We also managed stakeholder relationships to align business strategy with product goals, making ZERO10 one of the top companies in digital fashion. I was also involved in business development activities, forging partnerships with leading fashion brands to expand our market presence.Before ZERO10, I was the Head of Product at Oken, where we developed the world\'s first reading analytics service using eye-tracking and machine learning. I oversaw many projects and products, conducting business analysis to identify market opportunities and define product strategies. I managed the product development process, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. I also helped improve grocery delivery at Instamart (now Sbermarket), Russia\'s biggest e-grocery service, focusing on enhancing user experience (UX) and streamlining operations.At Citymapper, I worked on improving their mobile apps, especially the sign-up and sign-in processes, to make the app easier to use. I was responsible for UX design improvements and ensured high data quality in Moscow and St. Petersburg, making our app as good as or better than similar apps in London and New York City.I believe data is super important for making good decisions and use tools like Amplitude, Metabase, and Superset to make sure our strategies work. I love designing smart product strategies that are user-friendly and help businesses grow. My experience includes writing detailed user stories and managing cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet both user needs and business goals.
