Throughout my career, I have led professional service practices, business process consulting teams, project teams, and have been accountable for practice delivery and providing subject matter expertise to large client engagements. My notable accomplishments include saving clients 11% on annual software maintenance spend by performing cost optimization analysis on their application portfolio. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, and have completed courses in PROSCI Change Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - APM, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - PPM, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
