ABOUT RAYCHELLE FOWLER

In a nutshell, I am Enthusiastic. In other words, I grow by learning. In my current role as Alterna Savings Credit Union’s Marketing Specialist, I focus on the details in the end user’s journey. It’s my job to make sure the branches succeed in increasing their market share while creating brand ambassadors amongst our members and partner relations. This requires a continuous commitment to learning about not only industry trends and standards but also through experience, data and observation. Professionally, I’m motivated by creative solutions, a positive teamwork environment, and clear objectives, which have helped me achieve such accomplishments such as The Outstanding Leadership Award in 2024. Outside of work, I recharge by Indulging in finding creative ways to educate and inspire little learners or work with youth-led nonprofit organizations to help them communicate their value so they can make an influential impact on the world. What I appreciate about my job is being able to pursue both my personal goals and professional passions with equal gusto – honestly, I think it makes me a better me.
