I am a highly-skilled professional with a proven track record partnering with team leaders to manage the development and execution of the corporate project portfolio. I\'m passionate about every project I undertake. I throw my entire heart into it, and whatever I\'m doing, I\'m going to do it all the way. I empower other people to achieve their goals, and as a team leader, solve problems in a repeatable, scalable manner.I have a problem-solving mindset. I don\'t see any reasons why something can\'t be done; I only see ways to avoid obstacles to my objectives. When I was assigned the portfolio of projects that I ran until my recent promotion, there was no system of organization, no resourcing plan, and no development plan for any of the team members. On top of that, the schedules for the projects were poorly built and inaccurate. This resulted from the portfolio being so highly complex that no one at the company had handled before. So, I started from the ground up, and rebuilt schedules that were realistic. Then, I built a project ecosystem that allowed me to monitor the health and completion status of multiple projects in real-time. This system facilitated potent project tracking as well as team member performance and efficiency tracking. This solution enabled me to do the needed project management tasks quickly and primarily automatically. I could focus my efforts on solving the real project-related problems and develop my team members into even more effective resources that improve the organization as a whole.One of the accomplishments I\'m proudest of has been developing my team from fresh college graduates into a competent group of technical problem solvers that have been able to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.I would welcome the opportunity to work with an organization that will utilize my skills propelling enterprise-wide success through proactive, comprehensive, and strategic initiatives.
