Catchpole Lettings are your local go to Buy to Let and HMO property management company in and around Essex.Having managed our own property portfolio consisting of a mix of HMO\'s and BTL\'s, we ventured into short term accommodation back in 2020; a service we still provide today. Managing these properties gave us a great insight into what it takes to manage a really hands on business, we therefore decided to utilise these skills to provide a letting service to BTL and HMO landlords that we could be proud of.In 2022 Catchpole Lettings was launched providing a go to service for landlords where we would utilise all our skills and learnings from the past decade of being in property to provide an unrivalled service to others.We aren\'t a conventional high street agent and bring a hybrid working style which enables us to reduce costs and provide investors, landlords and tenants with a high-end, quality service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
