As a Quality Assurance Manager at Greencore, I lead and coordinate the work of the quality assurance teams to deliver and implement service improvement, in line with operational day-to-day needs with regards to safety, quality, legality, and customer requirements. I have over 6 years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.I hold an MSc in Bio- and Food Technology from Lund University and a BSc in Food Science from the University of Ghana. I also have a Highfield Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing (RQF) with Distinction and a Highfield Level 4 Award in HACCP for Management (CODEX Principles). These qualifications, combined with my extensive experience in the food industry, enable me to effectively manage and improve the quality assurance processes and systems in my organization.
