Provide training and support in the development of new hire agents and existing agents selling skills.• Provide field and senior management with frequent and balanced feedback regarding new and existing agent progress. Provide support in achieving goals and execution of business strategies.• Promote an environment of shared accountability with field managers regarding agent performance.• Identify training needs by evaluating strengthens and weakness. Provide support in achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals with the execution of business strategies to address gaps and assist in implementation.• Train, coach new hire agents and existing Life Agency Specialists to successfully meet Life and Annuity objectives and goals. • Lead all new hires agents product, operations, sales and service training by monitoring performance through on-site location visits.
