In this role, my job is to serve as a supporting clinical role to ERC\'s nursing team, as well as fostering my own professional goals as a mental health worker.My job duties include:• Coordinating patient admissions by preparing materials, following admission protocol, and facilitating communication with both internal and external facilities. • Auditing patient charts, nursing records, and unit supply inventory to ensure accessibility and efficiency of unit operations.• Supporting clinical operations by assisting with lab orders, referrals, and providing direct assistance to nursing staff.• Shadowing primary therapists and assisting with the therapy treatment process.• Providing administrative and behavioral support across the unit as needed.
