I decided to break away from my previous employer because I wanted to offer more to Employers in terms of customer care, quality of service and protection of their business. I am a joint founder and Director of Emplaw Solutions who provide advice to employers on employment issues, create robust and up to date contracts of employment and in addition, provide representation in Tribunal. My view point is that your company is only as good as your employees and consequently, I insist on only employing top specialists in their field.I now spend most of my time updating Directors and Business Owners/Managers at events held throughout the UK on the increasingly complicated changes in employment law and how it impacts businesses.I am regularly told that my knowledge and dynamic style produces a simple to understand informative and very entertaining presentation that helps Employers protect their business against litigation claims.
