I co-founded Property Frontiers in 2004 as I couldn\'t find anyone to help advise on how and where to invest diligently in overseas property. I sought to speak to like minded people that knew what they were talking about, were educated and didn\'t hard sell to me. Nothing existed and hence why I sought to offer a genuine, professional service to people who were in the same position as me - money to invest, time poor and looking for someone they liked, could trust and proved they knew what they were talking about. Our goal has been to focus on research and stress test markets with solid fundamentals to identify the most lucrative global property investment hotspots. We have built a reputation over the past 16 years of delivering well thought through property investments in some of the worlds most exciting global markets that deliver returns. Many of our clients invest though us over again and have now become partners. I like to challenge the status quo and think we do things a little differently to the market by researching, pushing boundaries, conducting due diligence and delivering what we say we do. in collaboration.Over the years we\'ve diversified directly into property developement, development consultancy and development funding (both equity and debt) and though our registered charity The Frontiers Foundation, we are always searching for the next project where the PF team, our clients and family and friends can do our bit to make a difference to communities across the world.I\'m always on the look out for new markets, opportunities, developments, projects and people that can help achieve our goal of continuing to pioneer new markets and products, deliver in the worlds most lucrative property markets and help change people\'s lives for the better. ABOUT RAY WITHERS
After graduating in Engineering at Warwick University, I decided to embark on a career in Management Consultancy. Whilst this gave me great business, presentation and strategic experience, I knew I wanted to be in control of my own destiny. Having had a frustrating and fraught time seeking advice and buying in property in several countries, I have started up several companies both advising and developing property in both the UK and overseas. Since I started my journey in 2004, many markets have changed, we\'ve weathered a few downturns, learnt a lot and met some interesting new people across the world - which has been fun and eye opening (albeit challenging at times) but I’ve certainly learnt who (and importantly not) work with. Over the years we have invested directly into many developments across the world and are always looking for new markets and opportunities - especially those that are conservation focused, innovative and/or support the local communities in which they are based. We not only advise private investors but also work with family offices and institutional investors and fund managers. We also work closely with developers and land owners (and local councils and governments) and have built a lot of knowledge on developing and fundraising (both equity, debt, unitised sales and anywhere in between) in some of the worlds most extraordinary emerging markets. A few years back, I co-authored the best-selling property investment guide \"Where to buy property abroad - an Investors Guide\" and was a founding member of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) and have been involved at board level for many years in an attempt to self regulate and bring greater professionalism into the industry. I am also a Founder, Trustee and keen supporter of the Frontiers Foundation and have been directly involved with many of its projects.I\'m always keen to hear from looking for our next development and/or challenge and to work with conservation conscious and innovative investors, funders and specialists that can support us grow our team, developments and support the local communities in which we operate.
