About Ray Uzonyi

As a young child, I had the privilege of moving around fairly often which has granted me a unique perspective on what makes Tallahassee so special a place to live. Tallahassee has been my home for the last 11 years and it has been a passion of mine to explore this beautiful city to the fullest! I originally moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State university. While in school, I worked as a personal trainer and I was active in several clubs and associations including the FSU wrestling club, Grappling Club, Physical Therapy Association, Asian American Student Union, and FSU Rock Climbing Club. I also competed in rock climbing and mixed martial arts. This diverse set of experiences enabled me to better communicate with people coming from an array of backgrounds and cultivated my skill of explaining complex scenarios in simple terms. This has aided me in being able to provide the most satisfying experience for my clients buying or selling a home. I graduated from FSU in 2011 and next gained experience in banking while working at Envision Credit Union. This job provided me with in depth training in the lending process and instilled in me an understanding of how the credit system works. It was also while at this job that I found the spark for real estate and real estate investment.My goal is to become the leading residential real estate consultant in Tallahassee and create an advanced team of real estate professionals that provide the good people of Tallahassee with the best possible service and experience in real estate imaginable.Specialties: I work with any and all people looking to buy or sell a house in Tallahassee. I have considerable experience working with people who have had bruised credit to get qualified and find the right house. Creating mass exposure for properties that need to sell quickly is one of my greatest skills. Furthermore, Investment properties are a passion of mine.
