Experience in all aspects of eCommerce payment risk including account takeover, affiliate fraud, botnets, card testing, coupon/discount abuse, friendly fraud, identity theft, phishing scams, and re-shipping fraud. Design and deliver payment risk prevention strategies- Fraud Rule Writer: Design and write automated rules to prevent fraud and other abuse on LifeLock & Norton websites- Identify incidents and patterns of abuse using various techniques and data analysis tools- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and drivers.
