ABOUT RAY SATTAM
I am interested in how humans and AI can work, learn, and make decisions together in ways that support trust, confidence, and psychological safety. I am currently a PhD researcher exploring the impact of AI-enabled work on psychological safety, learning, and adaptation in workplace and educational contexts.With a background in Learning and Development and experience across multiple sectors, my work sits at the intersection of digital transformation and human development. I hold an MSc in Informatics (Distinction, 2024) from Henley Business School, University of Reading, where my dissertation focused on the human implications like technostress from emerging technologies like AI.I have led learning and enablement programmes across more than 12 countries, building training teams, designing learning ecosystems, and supporting organisational capability development at scale. Today, my work combines research and practice to help organisations think more critically about how AI is introduced, used, and experienced by people, with a particular focus on trust, agency, and the future of work.
