ABOUT RAY RAMLACKHAN

Ray is a engineering manager and chartered civil engineer with 15 years experience in large civil infrastructure and mining projects. He has been exposed to all aspects of a project life cycle from feasibility study to execution and construction. Having completed roles of Senior Civil Design Engineer, Site Engineer and executive assistant, Ray has demonstrated excellent job knowledge, technical capability and familiarity with the industry design standards, regulations and construction considerations. He has expertise in design engineering includes highways, roads, storm water drainage, sediment basins, pavement, signage, laydown areas, sealed and unseal access roads to relevant international standards.Ray supervises and providing technical direction to a group of engineers and designers. He initiated and led a number of multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors and client and has consistently demonstrated the competency to produce a high quality deliverable and meet deadlines. Ray possesses excellent skills in project planning, scheduling, estimation and contract administration and has demonstrated ability to evaluate, address key technical issues as they arise all while showing sound commercial decision making ability. He is also very good mentor and active participant in knowledge transfer endeavors.Ray was awarded a Master of Property studies and has an understanding of diverse business environments their relevance to capital works delivery, long-term strategic asset planning, management and performance. Ray has an entrepreneurial spirit balanced with a commercially astute view of risk and reward.
