About Ray Mikovits

As the EY Hoboken Office Managing Partner, I lead over 1800 area professionals across all service lines and sectors at one of the firm’s newest state-of-the art tech enabled offices and learning centers. In this role, my focus is on the people I lead, the markets we serve and the community in which we operate. Also, as a Banking and Capital Markets Assurance partner with more than 30 years of experience, I serve world renowned global and national organizations. In my previous role as the Americas Financial Services Growth Markets Leader, I managed high performing teams who served some of the industry’s fastest growing entrepreneurial companies. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I previously served on the board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Financial Management Society and have participated as EY’s representative on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Commodity Futures Trading Commission Task Force. I am also a member of the firm’s Broker Dealer Subject Matter Resource Group and have developed the firm’s national broker-dealer seminar courses. I also serve as the Community Engagement Champion for the financial services practice.
