As the Head of Operations at Era Transport, I oversee the daily operations of one of the largest intermodal transportation companies in the Midwest. I bring 25 years of experience in the field, including several years as the Chief Operating Officer at Chicago Intermodal Transportation, where I led the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of the company\'s operations. I have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety performance, as well as developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize dispatching, routing, and scheduling. I have multiple publications on streamlining dispatching and saving time for drivers, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in operations management, customer service, and intermodal transportation. My core competencies include leading and motivating teams, managing complex projects, and solving problems creatively and collaboratively.
