As a Lead Recruiter with a foundation in talent operations and employee experience, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every stage of the hiring lifecycle. My journey at Veho has spanned roles in recruitment, program management, and people operations, equipping me with a holistic understanding of how to scale talent functions in high-growth environments. Previously leading Talent Operations & Employee Experience, I championed cross-functional initiatives that improved process efficiency, drove tech integrations, and elevated the candidate and employee experience. Now, in a technical recruiting leadership role, I own Veho\'s Talent AI roadmap, evaluating and deploying tools across the full recruiting lifecycle and building custom solutions that give our team a faster, more scalable engine for pipeline generation. I also partner closely with engineering, data science, and product stakeholders to attract and hire top-tier talent that drives innovation. I\'m passionate about building high-performing teams and leveraging data, systems, and AI to drive hiring outcomes. Whether it\'s designing automation that actually moves the needle, mentoring teams, or crafting talent strategies aligned with business objectives, I approach each challenge with curiosity, precision, and a drive for results.
