The company was looking to transition to a more Digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing 4.0 environment as well as identify and bridge capability gaps that are required to enable the transition while exploring opportunities for synergies between commercial and clinical supply chains. Key activities were:o Collaborated with key stakeholders to identify goals and business priorities that will help realize the shared visiono Defined future state options of SC/Manufacturing capabilities & enabling systemso Evaluated trade-offs among future options; define and prioritize initiatives based on impact and investment to realize future stateo Developed a gated roadmap with milestones to implement prioritized initiatives; identify quick wins and change management imperatives.
