I don’t advise from the outside. I lead from within, alongside the team, focused on delivering real outcomes.At SalDevo, I’ve built sales systems, shortened sales cycles, improved conversion rates and helped founder-led businesses scale without chaos. The work ranges from refining strategy and building lead pipelines, through to hands-on delivery and team development.I bring over 20 years of experience across sales, business development and operational leadership.
